The Pro Football Hall of Fame has officially announced the date and time for the annual NFL preseason game, which was canceled last year because of the coronavirus pandemic.The Pittsburgh Steelers are now set to play the Dallas Cowboys in the rescheduled Hall of Fame Game on Thursday, Aug. 5, at 8 p.m. in Canton, Ohio.Enshrinements for the Class of 2020, which were postponed due to the pandemic, will now take place Aug. 7, with the 2021 inductees going into the Hall of Fame the next day.Among those being inducted this year are five Steelers legends: Troy Polamalu, Bill Cowher, Donnie Shell, Alan Faneca and the late Bill Nunn.The new class of inductees also includes Beaver County native Jim Covert, who played at Pitt before going on to a standout career as a Chicago Bears offensive tackle.The Associated Press contributed to this article.
