Pittsburgh Steelers 2023 NFL draft selections

Pittsburgh Steelers 2023 NFL draft selections
24 HOURS AFTER BEING SELECTED, PITTSBURGH’S ACTION SPORTS EDITOR JOHN GRECO WAS AT HIS INTRODUCTORY PRESS CONFERENCE THIS AFTERNOON. SHE JOINS US LIVE RIGHT NOW FROM THE SOUTH SIDE. SO, EMILY, TAKE IT AWAY. HEY, ANDREW, THAT’S RIGHT, BRODERICK JONES OFFICIALLY OF PITTSBURGH STEELER. HIS INTRODUCTORY PRESS CONFERENCE WRAPPED UP JUST A FEW MOMENTS AGO. AND I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT A FEW THINGS THAT I LEARNED ABOUT HIM FROM THAT INTRODUCTORY PRESS CONFERENCE. THE FIRST IS THAT HE HAS TWO PET SNAKES, TWO SNAKES THAT MIKE TOMLIN TOLD HIM TO JUST LEAVE AT HOME. THE SECOND IS THAT HE FEELS LIKE HE’S GOING TO BE GREAT FOR THE STEELERS BECAUSE OF THE VIBE HERE. HE THINKS HE’S GOING TO FIT IN VERY WELL AND HE SAYS THAT PITTSBURGH ALREADY FEELS LIKE HOME. THE THIRD THING IS THAT HIS TEAMMATES, HIS NEW TEAMMATES HAVE ALREADY REACHED OUT TO HIM. WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT IT, HE SAID THERE WERE HONESTLY TOO MANY TO NAME, BUT THOSE THAT HE DID NAME WERE KENNY PICKETT AND NAJEE HARRIS. THE MESSAGE THAT THEY SENT WAS, CONGRATS RELATIONS AND GET READY TO GET TO WORK. NOW, OF EVERYTHING THAT I DID LEARN ABOUT RODERICK JONES, I THINK ONE OF THE MOST SPECIAL WAS HIS JERSEY. THE REASON THAT HE WILL BE WEARING NUMBER 77. TAKE A LISTEN TO WHAT HE HAD TO SAY ABOUT THAT. MY ROOMMATE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA, HE WORE 77, DEVIN WILLOCK, THE ONE THAT PASSED AWAY IN THE CRASH. SO THEY TOLD ME THE NUMBER WAS AVAILABLE AND I JUST WANTED TO, YOU KNOW, SHOW MY RESPECTS BY, YOU KNOW, TAKING THAT NUMBER AND, YOU KNOW, LETTING IT LETTING HIM LIVE THROUGH
