Airbnb announced Monday it is taking legal action against the person who booked the North Side rental home where the shooting happened early Sunday morning.
The shooting left two 17-year-old boys dead and eight others wounded by gunfire.
A spokesperson from Airbnb said it strictly bans parties and said, "We condemn the behavior that is alleged to have prompted this criminal gun violence and the tragic loss of life."
On Sunday, Airbnb said the booking guest had been issued a lifetime ban from Airbnb.
"We remain in close contact with the Pittsburgh Police Department as well as Mayor Gainey’s staff to support their investigations," the Airbnb spokesperson said.

No arrests have been made.
More than 200 people, many of them juveniles, were at a party at the home when gunfire broke out.
