Victim of Easter Sunday Airbnb shooting files lawsuit
A woman injured in the Easter Sunday mass shooting at an Airbnb on Pittsburgh's North Side has filed a lawsuit.The lawsuit filed by Tyriale Neal says Airbnb and 900 North Group were “negligent” in creating a situation where people could “use the property but not be monitored,” among other claims.Neal was shot in the leg and suffered other injuries as well.Two teenagers, Matthew Steffy Ross and Jaiden Brown, were killed in the shooting, and several other people were hurt.Pittsburgh's Action News 4 has reached out to Airbnb for comment-- and we're waiting to hear back.
