CA DEVIN HAD RECENTLY BEEN HAVING TROUBLES WITH HIS CAR AND IT WAS TOUGH GETTING HIS YOUNG CHILD BACK AND FORTH TO DAYCARE. AMY SAYS SHE PRAYED HIS NAME WOULD BE PICDKE FORHE T RAFFLE PRIZE. THEN FATE BROUGHT DEVIN’S TICKET TO HER HAND. HE WANTED 2018 TOYOTA RAV4T A THE CHRISTMAS PARTY. DEVIN ISNE O OF MY HARDEST WORKING INDIVIDUALS. HE DOES THE HARDEST JOB IN THE KITCHEN, YOU KNOW, HE WORKS WITH THE CHICKEN EVERY DAY. WE HAND BREAD EVERY PIECE OF CHICKEN. I’M THROUGH A RESTAURANT AND HE WORKS IN THAT PROCESS AND HE’S ALWAYS SMILING DEVIN GOT THE BIG PRIZE, BUT THE OTHERS WERE INCREDIBLE TOO. LIKE ONE MONTH PAID OF A MORTGAGE PAYMENT A WEEK SALARY A PLAYSTATION 5 BUNDLE AND THERE IS A DYSON ERA. THERE WERE SIX STEELER TICKETS $1,000 CASH THAT I HANDEDUT O RIGHT AT THE PARTY A 1500 DOLLAR APPLE GIFT CARD BECAUSE I COULDN’T GET THE IPHONE PRO MAX. AMY YSSA SHE WANTED TO DO SOMETHING NICE FOR THE PEOPLE. WORKS SO HARD THRGHOU THE PANDEMIC IF I CAN POSITIVELY IMPACT. I EMPLOYEES ANDHE TIR FAMILIES IN ANY WAY I WILL TAKE THAT OPPORTUNITY. But that was primarily because it's so popular that it has a lot of cars lined up for its meals.Then again, Chick-fil-A also led the industry in customer satisfaction in the same poll -- 88% of customers said the fried chicken sandwich chain had "friendly service."The researchers also found that Chick-fil-A had fine-tuned its "check-point system," which keeps customers engaged through different interactions with employees, starting from placing their order to their famous reply to people who thank them: "my pleasure."The chain had 2,730 outlets and hit nearly $16 billion in sales in 2021, according to Technomic, a food industry research and consulting firm. (Chick-Fil-A is a privately owned firm that doesn't release its results.)The company hasn't won everybody over, though. The chain's support for anti-LGBTQ organizations and its opposition to same-sex marriage has been at the center of political debates and calls for boycotts.
