A federal class-action lawsuit was filed Tuesday over Pittsburgh Regional Transit’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.The lawsuit seeks to represent employees that attorneys claim were subject to unlawful religious discrimination by not having their religious objections approved but also employees who, according to the lawsuit, “were forced to get vaccination against their will and their sincerely held religious beliefs solely to keep their employment.”A PRT spokesperson said they have no comment on the lawsuit.

A federal class-action lawsuit was filed Tuesday over Pittsburgh Regional Transit’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
