Union made it to the state championship game for the first time in school history, but Steelton-Highspire came away with a 22-8 victory in the PIAA Class 1A title game Thursday.It's the second title in three years for the Steamrollers (14-1), who defeated Jeannette in the 2020 championship game.The Scotties (12-4) won a WPIAL championship and advanced to the state finals in their first year under head coach Kim Niedbala, who took over the program after serving as defensive coordinator on Mt.
