UPDATE (Jan. 10): After an outpouring of support, Damar Hamlin's family is formally announcing the creation of "The Chasing M's Foundation" Charitable Fund. Here is a link to donate.A statement on the fund's website says, "The family of Damar Hamlin has been moved by the generous support for Damar in this trying time. Damar has an incredible passion for giving back, and we are thrilled to champion that legacy through 'the Chasing M's Foundation' Charitable Fund."More information about the fund can be found here.PREVIOUS (Jan. 4): As fans and players rally around Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin after he collapsed on the field during Monday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, many are showing support in a donation to his charity fundraiser.Hamlin, a McKees Rocks native, started the Chasing M's Foundation to raise money to buy toys for children in need."As I embark on my journey to the NFL, I will never forget where I come from and I am committed to using my platform to positively impact the community that raised me," Hamlin wrote in the GoFundMe post.
