Giant Eagle, Inc. announced Tuesday the replacement of its CEO of 11 years with an interim head, effective immediately.In a statement, the company said Bill Artman has been selected to replace Laura Karet, "who the Board determined to separate pursuant to her contract." Artman had most recently served as the company's president of supermarkets.
