We are halfway through the day in the industrial neighborhood of Sharpsburg, located in Pittsburgh's northeast. And we're asking ourselves the age old question, what pairs, well, with the T G, everybody loves pizza. I mean, everybody, but I'm like *** regular guy. I love pepperoni. Yeah, I know you when you be into some weird stuff. Yeah. I mean, I mean, if you're gonna get *** pizza, why not get weird with it? I mean, and, uh, this place has some really weird toppings. It even has some really weird underlings too. So I'm excited to see what they got in store for us. Yeah. Gino, bro has been killing it in for *** while and I'm wondering if they make their pizza with sharp cheddar. I don't know, man. It's nothing dull in the sharp. Hey, let's get to it, man. Hey, how's it going? Very nice to meet you. My name is, and we add on Chur Geno brothers. Gino Brothers in Shark. Yes, I hear y'all been here for *** while. Been here 15 years. Wow. Wow, that's dope. Pittsburgh's *** pizza town. So it's hard to stay and stay open at. This is one of the good pizza places. I hear that, man. I heard you got some, like, weird toppings and whatnot and I mean, like you got *** pretty extensive list of toppings and even sauces. I know this is gonna take sometimes is, you know, making *** difference and, uh, uh, find *** different way to making pizzas, I guess. So, I only know one way and that is to pay for it. So I've never been, I've never been in the kitchen. Now. You're gonna learn how to make pizza. All right. Well, let's get to, uh, we, we official, it's really friendly, really in our, uh, um, town and our boroughs and the mayors and everyone is in the town, they're really working hard making this town is just better, good community for everyone. Ok. You guys ready to make *** pizza, right? So we got our dough ready and our sauce is ready. Now, we're gonna make some pizza and that is the good part. What are the difficulties running ***, uh, pizza shop and whatnot? I mean, are you, are you running out of like, sources or whatever? Are you trying to, it's hard to find folks like the employees and, uh, the products. Sometimes you get the last couple of years, it's hard to get the right products because you've been serving the same cheese or pepperoni, you couldn't find them anymore. That's hard to get that, uh, back in normal. What do we got over here? What are we got chicken in there and see, I knew he was gonna do some crazy, some funk. Give me some of that, right. You know, get some of that salt with that tang in there. Like cabbage. This, this, this don't, that's not even, what is that? Mild peppers? Actually, it's really good. So I know those are peppers I'm talking about. Is that pizza? Now? We got, we got, yeah, here we go. Pepperoni pizza is our most seller. Cheese is our sellers. But also we do have an old special pie. Is we sell them *** lot of Buffalo chicken. We do sell *** lot of Gino brothers specials. Seafood pizza. All right. What's next, man? I have no experience with this. You guys best and crazy man. My pizza, I feel like my pizza is gonna come out looking *** little crazy tasting, spectacular, looking ridiculous pineapple pizza. Hawaiian pizza. Is that ***, is that *** thing? Is that *** thing that you do? Are you proud of it or is it something you just kinda like ah whatever man, different tasting? You know, he's amazing. He also the pineapple cook. So you just have like sweetness and it's warm. It's nice to have that texture. You know, like my favorite. I don't know. But it, that, that, that's how he owns *** business, right? Is it my favorite? I ain't ordering it but get this ready to cook and, and I heard you guys wanna try to drink too. Let's get that, uh, cooked too. Yeah. Sorry. Is there while we wait for our pizzas to cook? There's nothing wrong with having some hot wings, right? So this is beyond Habanero, right? This is, oh, this is like *** California reapers. Like, see where it hurts when I talked. Wait, is this, is this my baby? This is, here we go. Hey, I believe this is here. Your piece is here and this beautiful guys did *** great job today. You know. Look at this pizza. It's wow. I feel accomplished places that we go where I feel like I did something. But what that was *** perfect actually, you know, this is nice crust is burned, you know, just this perfect looking pizza. You guys did *** great job. I'm proud of you guys. Thank you for having us here. Thanks for coming in. You know, now see I've never had all these together. Yeah, mine died. It's been so alright. So yo this is dope, right? I love new experiences that end in good food food that I've made. You know what I mean? Like I wonder if shark got *** little more of that for me.
