Steelers sign Chandon Sullivan, former Minnesota Vikings cornerback
The Steelers have signed cornerback Chandon Sullivan to a one-year contract, the team announced Tuesday.
Sullivan played for the Minnesota Vikings in 2022, appearing in all 17 regular-season games with 10 starts. He had 59 tackles, seven passes defensed, two tackles for loss and one fumble recovery.
In Minnesota, Sullivan played alongside cornerback Patrick Peterson, who signed with Pittsburgh in March.
The Steelers also added two cornerbacks in last weekend's draft, selecting Penn State's Joey Porter Jr. in the second round and Cory Trice Jr. from Purdue in Round 7.
Sullivan was signed by Philadelphia in 2018 as an undrafted free agent from Georgia State. After one season with the Eagles, he spent three seasons with the Green Bay Packers.
In 71 career games, Sullivan has 164 tackles and five interceptions, including one INT return for a touchdown.
