One of the most recognizable houses in TV history is now for sale in Studio City, California. Since it was only used in the show for exterior shots and interior scenes were shot on a set, the inside of the home was renovated by HGTV in 2019 to look identical to what fans have seen on the show. According to CNN, the network purchased the house for $3.5 million, beating out former NSYNC star Lance Bass' bid to own the dream home.The home features five bedrooms and five bathrooms over more than 5,000 square feet of space — that's more than enough room for a family of eight. Everything down to the main staircase, orange countertops and 1970s-style furniture brings the classic sitcom to life. According to the listing, furnishings and accessories are included in the sale price. While you won't see Carol or Mike or get the chance to pet Tiger the dog, you can have infinite chances to sit on the couch next to the fireplace and quote the iconic, "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia" line.
