Pittsburgher appearing as contestant on new season of 'The Bachelorette'
ABC’s “The Bachelorette” returns June 26 on WTAE Channel 4.
A Pittsburgh native is one of the 25 contestants vying for love with Charity Lawson.
Tanner Courtad, 30, is a mortgage lender and fitness instructor. He's extremely close with his family and hopes to find a relationship as special as the one his parents have.
According to his show biography, "While growing up, Tanner and his family rescued over 50 dogs and he hopes to rescue more with his future wife."

Lawson, 27, is a child and family therapist from Columbus, Georgia. She appeared in season 27 of "The Bachelor," where she was eliminated in week 8.
