Chronicle: Pittsburgh's City Council Homeless Committee

Pittsburgh's newly-formed homeless council committee is the first of its kind and is working to launch several initiatives to improve the state of homelessness in the city. One of the committee's main areas of focus is transitional housing for the homeless population. It would be developed into what they call "an upgrade from 'traditional' overnight shelters." Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 reporter Sheldon Ingram introduces us to the local architecture and interior design company teaming up with the city council to accomplish that goal.
