Shaler celebrates historic seasons for baseball, softball and boys volleyball team

A salute to three teams from the Shaler Area School District who made history. The baseball, softball, and boys' volleyball team all advanced to the state championship.The community held a "celebration of champions" parade for them Tuesday night."To see all the work that the coaches, the kids, the families, the community puts in it all came to kind of a triple header there all at one time, so it's been enjoyable, that's for certain," said Shaler Athletic Director Clint Rauscher.The baseball team won the Class 5-A Championship. The softball and volleyball teams were the runners-up in their tournaments.Take a look at the celebration in the video player above.
