Beginning Monday, Pennsylvania hunters can get their doe tags online or in a sporting goods store for the first time."Doe licenses specifically were written into law that had to be issued out through the county treasurer's office, so we had to get the law changed through the legislature," State Game Warden Seth Mesoras said.Mesoras said the licenses go on sale at 8 a.m. Monday, June 26, for Pennsylvania residents. Nonresidents can buy their first tag on July 10. Hunters can no longer mail their applications.
