She is a western Pennsylvania native, having grown up in Greensburg and joined WTAE in 2017.

Before WTAE, Kelly served 40/29 News, the Hearst Television station in Fayetteville, Ark. in multiple positions but most notably as a prime-time anchor. During her time at 40/29 News, she earned several AP awards for special projects and newscasts.

In her spare time, Kelly loves riding motorcycles and skiing with her husband.
